We make every effort to build our products sustainably and with minimal waste. Whether it be export freight cases, industrial packaging or packing cases, pallets or crates.
We use renewable energy
We source our electricity and gas from a totally renewable energy source supplier who also put large amounts of funding towards renewable energy sources and produce their gas from the organic household waste we all produce. An easy step we can all make!
Recycling within the community
Thankfully this is nothing revolutionary in business any more. None the less we can assure you that every scrap that can be recycled is! We take this beyond the norm and supply local car breakers and scrap yards with our waste sawdust as a chemical free alternative to chemical spill kits. All of our timber off-cuts are collected by several parties and used as fuel for wood burning stoves and AGAs through to wood-working materials for local students. We also provide the local learning difficulties community farm with kindling sacks.
Timber and sheet metal
We do not buy timber or sheet material which does not have its sources under scrutiny. All of our suppliers stock and distribute FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) regulated products, who are an independent, non-governmental, not for profit organisation established to promote the responsible management of the world’s forests. They supply also or in place of PEFC (programme for the endorsement of forest certification) regulated timber, who promote sustainable forests through certification.
Proud supplier to the RNLI
We are proud to be the supplier of choice for the RNLI, and being a business based in the coastal town of Poole we like to offer a little help to those who have helped so many of our nearest and dearest along the South coast. All storage and transport cases are carried out at a 30% discount across the board. It's not the world, but quite a considerable saving over the years. Thanks for all the hard work guys!

Cataracts Are Curable Charity
The Gambian Poject
P&D Casemaking Ltd are proud sponsors of Cataracts are Curable -
a small, Wimborne based charity registered with the Charity Commission who specialise in finding funds and pre-loved optical equipment to help deal with the cataract desperate problems in The Gambia.
The Gambia is a very small West African country, a perfect holiday and birding destination but it is very poor, and so many people go blind for want of enough money to pay for a cataract operation. Cataracts are Curable, have carried out 252 operations in just two years.
£40 pays for an operation, taking a person from disability to independence! Wonderful.....
We are very proud to have helped them with this. We have produced wooden crates to safely send three consignments now of items like slit lamps, tanonometers and other equipment retired from our NHS.
